GH & Associados's trajectory began in 1985, when George Homer started his career in Visual Merchandising and Store Design under the mentorship of renowned expert Joseph Weishar. Since then, Homer has developed projects in New York and several international markets, solidifying his expertise in retail design and customer experience.
In 1993, he founded GH & Associates in New York, marking the beginning of a journey that would unite branding, commercial architecture and retail strategy on a global scale.
The expansion into Brazil began in 1996, with the first projects implemented in the country. Three years later, in 1999, the arrival of partner Renata Barra boosted the company's operations across the entire retail industry, serving small and large retailers, shopping malls, and manufacturers with integrated solutions in Retail Design, Visual Merchandising Training, and Performance Design.
Today, GH & Associados is recognized as an international leader in Retail Design/Architecture, Visual Marketing Training Programs, and International Mentoring for Retail Groups. With award-winning projects in Brazil, Europe, and North America, the company maintains strategic partnerships with universities, trade associations, and global institutions linked to the retail sector, and actively contributing to the evolution of contemporary and future retailing, through analysis, insights, workshops and lectures and conferences.
