GEORGE HOMER
A retail designer specializing in visual marketing for over 30 years. He is a founding partner and President of GH & ASSOCIADOS and has developed store branding, store environment setup, and retail performance design projects in countries such as Brazil, the USA, England, Turkey, Colombia, Chile, Latin America and Thailand. Homer is an international speaker at ABF, ICSC, IADS, NRF, Fenalco, Abrasce, CNDL, FGV, Sindilojas, Alshop and a professor at FIT - Fashion Institute of Technology New York, FAAP • São Paulo, FGV• São Paulo, IED • São Paulo, ISEM/Navarra • Madrid. George is the founding president and advisor to the Retail Design Institute • Brazil and a Fellow member of the Institute.

RENATA BARRA
Designer, dedicated herself for more than 20 years to
fashion industry in the fields of creation, research and product development, stylist and Creative Director, in large companies in the Brazilian market engaged with international brands of great relevance in the world of fashion.
Renata co-lead the GH & Associados’ management in Brazil with her partner, George Homer for 25 years. Barra is also the Creative VP, where she interprets clients’ aspirations, branding needs, interior design, marketing strategies, and retail shopping experiences, to harmoniously compose and create new and innovative concepts and retail projects.

MAURICIO MIMOTO
From his earliest days in the company, it was clear that he would become a great retail architect. With over 15 years of experience working in this industry and with George Homer’s mentorship he had the opportunity to learn about the trade, as well as develop, and implement major projects. He is a creative, innovative and passionate retail architect and with his team he develops highly successful projects for various retail segments. Mimoto is a talented residential architect and creates beautiful homes with the same passion he has for commercial architecture.

FRANCISCO MENA
Visual Merchandising and Window Dressing specialist with over 15 years of retail experience. He has led strategic projects that transform product presentation and enhance the shopping experience, always aligning creativity and profitability. His career includes collaborations with brands such as Pepe Jeans, El Corte Inglés, Hoss Intropia, and Encuentro Moda. Passionate about education, he shared his knowledge at the European Institute of Design (IED), fostering new generations of professionals in the sector.
