The project incorporated global retail techniques and allowed the brand to gain international recognition. Today, they have over 600 stores in Turkey and several countries in the region. Part of the implementation involved training the team in visual merchandising and space utilization for increased productivity, logo development, store branding, visual communication, and window dressing.
The mall store was designed to meet the customer profile of mall-goers. The results far exceeded expectations, benefiting the new store implementation process, including construction, logistics, and project understanding.
For 12 years we have developed shopping mall and street store models, including the model currently in expansion.
