The project prepared company leaders for the company’s transformation as part of the succession plan. It included an assessment of existing POSs, reviewing global best practices, deconstructing the current store model, developing a store design brief, testing acceptance of new models, reviewing the brand identity in stores, and identifying services and customer service formats. We worked on redesigning the store environment, including redistribution of product categories, POS registers systems and higher levels of customer experience.
