A new life for a shopping mall with a long history in the city. Investments and improvements in the interior area including a more efficient traffic pattern, enclosure, and distribution of the tenant mix. More strategic access points, and a facade with awnings, LED panels, and accent lighting. The side alley/street and rear area for parking were integrated into the development with city approval.
